Disability Garden Services was started when Andrew Solich was made redundant by the not-for-profit organisation where he was a working as a Disabilities Coordinator.
Used to leading a gardening maintenance crew of people living with a disability, Andrew was concerned about the NDIS clients who would no longer be receiving gardening services and the guys on his team that would not have access to employment.
Disability Garden Services is a service that exists for two purposes:
- to meet the needs of people living with disabilities or the aged in relation to caring for their gardens
- to meet the needs of people living with a disability for employment options in a gardening focused business
We are interested in connecting with people who require a regular garden maintenance service who live within a 25km radius of Kalamunda.
Disability Garden Services is insured and has an ABN and is currently in the process of becoming a registered provider of NDIS services.
